At HealBills, we don’t just manage revenue—we help build stronger practices and stronger communities.
HealBills is a professional practice management company dedicated to meeting all of the insurance and patient billing needs of your practice. HealBills was founded by the Porter Family with a mission to support small healthcare practices navigating the challenges of insurance billing. Our journey began with a deeply personal experience—our son Nathan, who is autistic, received life-changing care from dedicated therapists who often struggled with the administrative burden of insurance claims. We saw firsthand how this took time and energy away from the care itself.
That experience inspired us to create a solution. HealBills provides reliable, compassionate financial services tailored for small practices—whether in medical, dental, therapeutic, or special needs care—so providers can focus on what matters most: their patients.
Beyond billing, our mission is about giving back. A portion of our profits goes to nonprofits and local charities that have been part of our journey, including organizations serving individuals with autism and special needs. Nathan continues to give back by serving on advisory boards such as the Washington Autism Alliance and the Boyer Clinic.
We believe that dentistry is about people and we exist to make the future of dentistry stronger and more sustainable for dentists, their teams, and the patients they serve.
